Our Mission

Local neighborhood stores and businesses are the backbone of our communities. They help strengthen the local economy by hiring local talent, sourcing products locally, creating close-knit communities, providing personalized customer care and product diversity.  Our members contribute to the local community in many ways. Let's support them!

Since 1980

The Gold Coast Business Association (previously known as the Glen Head/Glenwood Business Association) has been advocating for local businesses for more than 40 years. Today with over 150 members, we're stronger than ever.

The Gold Coast Business Association (previously known as the Glen Head/Glenwood Business Association) has been advocating for local businesses for more than 40 years. Today with over 150 members, we're stronger than ever.
The mission and focus of the Association is to better connect our small local businesses with each other and local consumers. We also support better business practices among our members by providing education and resources for business development.

The Gold Coast of Long Island has many shopping malls but our local area is filled with wonderful boutiques, shops, and restaurants. We wouldn't want it any other way!
By joining, attending, and/or sponsoring our events, you help our community grow. Your participation and contributions help support our networking events, Ribbon-Cutting ceremonies, communication among businesses, expert speaker seminars, The Fall Festival, and Holiday decorating in the Glen Head/Glenwood Landing business districts.

Please join us if you work or own a business located in one of the following towns: Glen Head, Glenwood Landing, Sea Cliff, Old Brookville, Glen Cove, Greenvale, Locust Valley or the Village of Roslyn!

Together, we will continue to accomplish great things!
