Google Business Profile Tips

To find or claim your Google Business Profile, search for your business name on Google Maps or Google Search, and if it's unverified, you'll see a "Claim this business" option; otherwise, you can manage your existing profile. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

1. Finding Your Business Profile:

• Google Maps:

Open Google Maps, search for your business name, and if it's already listed, you'll see the business information. 

• Google Search:

Search for your business name on Google Search, and look for a box on the right side of the search results that displays your business information. 

2. Claiming an Unverified Profile:

• If you see "Claim this business":

Click on the "Claim this business" button, and follow the prompts to verify your business and gain management access. 

• If you don't see "Claim this business":

It means your business profile might not exist yet. You can then create a new profile by going to business.google.com/add and following the instructions. 

3. Managing Your Business Profile:

• Once claimed:

You'll be able to manage your business profile, including updating information, adding photos, and responding to reviews.

• Accessing your profile:

On Google Maps, tap your profile picture on the top right corner of the mobile app and select “Your Business Profile” to access these tools. On Google Search, look up your business by name or search “my business” to update your profile.
