The Gold Coast Business Association (GCBA) brings together local businesses — shops, restaurants, service providers and creatives — to support one another and strengthen the communities we serve: Glen Head, Glenwood Landing, Sea Cliff and Roslyn.
We host networking events, community events in order to create opportunities for connection and visibility. We encourage collaboration among members, and help keep local commerce strong and resilient.

A Community Built Over Time
GCBA has been part of the local business landscape for decades. Over the years, many business owners have volunteered their time, served on the board, and helped guide the organization — often while running their own businesses just down the street.
That shared responsibility is part of what defines GCBA. Leadership is community-driven, and members step up because they care deeply about the places where they live and work.

GCBA is shaped by its members. Business owners volunteer their time, participate in events, and help guide the organization based on real needs and shared priorities.
Example: The Glen Head Car Show
GCBA hosted an annual Glen Head Car Show in the train station parking lot — the same location that has anchored local commerce in the area for generations.
The event brings together classic and antique cars, local vendors, live music, and families from across the region. Surrounding businesses benefit from increased foot traffic, stronger sales, and new customer connections.
Every year, we see increased sponsorship support and expanded media coverage, which helps raise visibility for both the association and participating businesses.
The car show was organized by GCBA members and led by President Jeannie Riccardo, with support from volunteers and local partners — an example of how GCBA brings businesses together to create community impact.
